Biography
Dr Harris Trainer is a Clinical Research Fellow in Interventional Pulmonology at the Royal Brompton Hospital and an ST5 Respiratory Medicine trainee in the North-West Thames Deanery.
He holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of St Andrews and an MBChB from the University of Manchester. His clinical and research interests lie in the use of robotic-assisted bronchoscopy for lung cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. He has been involved in the coordination of multiple trials focusing on novel bronchoscopic ablation techniques and bronchoscopic therapies for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
He has experience in both diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, including EBUS-TBNA.
