Biography
Dr Ridge is a Consultant Radiologist at the Royal Brompton Hospital where she specialises in cardiothoracic imaging and tumour diagnosis and treatment and is the physician chair for the international radiology safety body, Image Wisely.

She has research interests in cardiovascular imaging and cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, Dr Ridge has contributed considerably to over 70 peer-reviewed publications, review articles, books and case reports.

Dr Ridge has completed fellowships in interventional oncology and body imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre and cardiothoracic imaging at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre in New York and Boston.

Since 2009, she has held numerous academic appointments in America, the UK and Ireland including associate professor, lecturer, mentor and tutor positions at UCD School of Medicine and Health Science, Harvard Medical School, Weill Cornell Medical Centre, and Imperial College.
